Breakfast

Breakfast facing the oaks

Breakfast is served in a glass pavilion beside the hotel, with the oak canopy two metres from the glass. Several tables and no barriers: tables with clear space beneath, a sideboard at 85 cm, high-contrast tableware and a menu in Braille and easy-read.

8:00 to 11:00. Included in every rate.

The glazed breakfast pavilion at sunrise: several solid oak tables with linen cloths, timber chairs, artisan ceramics, bread, fruit and juices. A man and a woman drink coffee in the foreground; an older couple sits behind, and in the centre a woman in a wheelchair has breakfast with her companion. Beyond the glass, large oaks and grass in golden morning light; on the right, a timber sideboard with fruit and someone pouring coffee.

What is on the table

Bread from Mungia baked that morning, Idiazabal cheese, farm eggs, seasonal fruit, home-made sponge cake, coffee, cocoa, fresh juices and gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan options. Tell us about any allergy when you book.

Inside the breakfast pavilion: a space glazed on three sides, looking out at the oak wood at sunrise. Several timber tables with pale cloths, occupied by a family, a couple and a wheelchair user; at the back, a sideboard with fruit, bread and juices.

Breakfast facing the oaks

The glass pavilion opens onto the forest. Local produce, bread baked that morning and tables you can reach without help.

The breakfast pavilion seen from outside at nightfall: a small, lit glass building beside the hotel, among oaks, with a gravel path leading to it.
